After many years of economical growth based on globalisation and the opening up of Eastern European and Chinese markets, we are all confronted with and challenged by the financial crisis and recession.

This crisis requires a clear analysis of the current situation, but also a hands-on mentality combined with determination and the consequent follow-up of objectives.

Every crisis comes with opportunities and potentials, which we should use. At the same time we face the necessity of increasing productivity, cost management and flexibility. A necessary management instrument are therefore unequivocal numbers, in order to control and develop properly the business and be able to concentrate on core competences.

To assist and support you with our know-how is our first and utmost objective.

Begoña Pelegrín No matter how many times we have heard in the news the difficulties that big companies deal with in times of economic crisis, small and medium-sized companies like Adminex represent 99% of any European country’s economy and they are also suffering the economic crisis.

Adminex has done correctly all its economic duties in times of prosperity, this is the reason why Adminex is passing through the economic crisis, and also this contributes to achieve certain economic tools to deal with economic crisis. Like examples of economic duties we could consider: an open mind for new markets, a forecast in investment in training as well as investment in technology.
