Let's learn to love recession

As a businessperson you will be very aware of how difficult it is to introduce change in your company. This crisis has shown us, however, that without innovation it is impossible to change things and set out on new paths.

Make the most of the current complex situation to devise new ways of solving problems. You may choose from among the three following courses of action:

• Do NOTHING: although this is the easiest option, it is not acceptable for us, as it does not improve the current situation.
• Do EVERYTHING: however much we may want to remove all the risks, we cannot. It is too much to ask.
• Do what is RIGHT: this is the most difficult option, because taking the RIGHT decisions is not at all easy.
