Slovak adminex partner Ing. Miroslav Bednár worked from 1991 through 2001 in various accounting, financial departments and management positions in commercial companies, mainly in the field of automobile and automobile component sales. Since 2002 he has got a certified tax advisor and a member of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors. Until the summer of 2007 he was a staff member of the Slovak office belonging to the international Grant Thornton auditing, tax and accounting network where he worked for more than 5 years as the head of the taxation department and chief administrative officer. He handled Slovak and international taxation issues related to direct and indirect taxation for clients, in particular from Austria and Germany. Thank to rich personal experiences in leading own business as well as accompanying businesses as advisor he got to a business consultant able to understand the client´s needs.
