Miroslav Bednar is the Managing Director of Adminex Slovakia and from 1991 to 2001 he worked in various accounting, financial departments and management positions in commercial companies, mainly in the field of distribution of automobiles and automotive components. Since 2002 he has been a certified tax advisor and a member of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors. Until the summer of 2007, he was an employee of the Slovak office belonging to the international Grant Thornton audit, tax and accounting network, where he worked for more than 5 years as the head of the tax department and main administrative manager. He dealt with Slovak and international tax issues in the area of direct and indirect taxation for clients, especially from Austria and Germany. He managed his own companies and is an experienced business consultant.

GmbH / S.R.O
The Slovak GmbH (S.R.O) is similar to the German GmbH, but has a lower minimum share capital of. 5000€. The operational seat of the company must be in the country and must be evidenced by a lease agreement or a deed of ownership of the property.

Permanent establishment
A branch or permanent establishment (organizačná zložka podniku zahraničnej osoby), is not considered a full-fledged branch, but represents an organizational part of the foreign company. Registration in the Commercial Register is required.
